15-Day Return & Exchange Policy:
All our products are covered under a 15-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with the size or wish to change the color of any product purchased, we are happy to offer an exchange. If you don't like the product, we'll refund your money. However, products that have been tried on or have had their tags removed are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please note, your first innerwear purchase is covered under the 30-Day First Try Guarantee.
30-Day First Try Guarantee:
For first-time customers of our innerwear, we offer a 30-day First Try Guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with the size, color, or fit of your first purchase, we will replace it with your preferred specifications. If you're still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.

500-Day Replacement Warranty:
Our 500 Day Collection is guaranteed to last a minimum of 500 days, with a replacement offered if the product fades or loses its shape through regular wear and tear. To maintain the warranty, avoid damage caused by fire, bleach, and color bleeding from other garments, as well as any modifications such as embroidery, silk screening, or heat transfers. The warranty does not cover tears, rips, or external damage unless present at delivery, in which case our 30-day guarantee applies. Take proper care, as outlined on the garment’s label to keep the warranty valid. Do not expose the product to chlorine, high heat, or bleach. The warranty is valid for one replacement only and requires proof of purchase from our website or authorized sellers.

Cancellation Policy:

-If your order hasn’t been dispatched, it can be canceled, and a refund will be processed. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can refuse to accept it at delivery.

-Visit the 'My Orders' page and select 'Need Help' to cancel the order. Please note that you can only cancel the order before it is dispatched.

-If canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 1 day, and the bank may take 5-7 days to credit the amount. If you refuse delivery, the refund is processed immediately after the product is returned to us.

Offer-Related Policy:

-DaMENSCH reserves the right to launch, discontinue, or extend any offer based on our discretion. Always review the offer's eligibility and terms before purchase.

-Coupon abuse may result in order cancellation. Only one coupon is allowed per order.
